Entrevue provides software for running structured code review interviews, creating interview content, and collaborating on hiring decisions. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Entrevue website, applications, and related services.

If you use Entrevue on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

• Use an email address and profile information that you control.
• Do not share credentials or permit unauthorized access to your workspace.
• Promptly notify Entrevue if you believe your account or interview links have been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Entrevue only for lawful business and recruiting purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

• Do not upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the platform, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Do not use Entrevue to violate employment, privacy, intellectual property, or anti-discrimination laws.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or mirror the service except as expressly authorized by Entrevue.

4. Customer content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the job descriptions, review templates, interview materials, candidate data, comments, and other content you submit to Entrevue. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.

Entrevue may host, process, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

5. Intellectual property

Entrevue and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, branding, documentation, and platform content not provided by customers. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant any rights beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these terms.

6. Availability, changes, and beta features

Entrevue may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security events, or causes outside our reasonable control.

If Entrevue offers beta or preview functionality, those features may be changed or removed at any time and may be subject to additional limitations.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Entrevue may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Entrevue does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every hiring or compliance requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrevue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

Entrevue may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last updated date on this page. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
